Kanbar Properties owns and manages over 2 million square feet of office space in Downtown Tulsa, including the location of the event, the 41-story First Place Tower! First Place Tower was completed in 1970 and has 41 stories (including the then-superstitious '13th Floor' being omitted). At 157 m. (516 ft.) in height, it is the third tallest building in Oklahoma.
